You can't really get an iphone prepaid because you need a two-year contract.
But if you call info from your iphone then you can get unlim. 3G for about $20 a month. I remember reading a tutorial about it somewhere.

Not sure if you can get "unlimited" internet for the iphone or not, but I do highly recommend it since the iPhone is meant to be used with the internet. The reason being is because a lot of applications use the GPS feature which = internet usage. Also email notification = internet usage. Downloading a ringtone, picture msg, etc. = internet usage.
AT&T charges $.01 (1 cents) per kb. So going on the internet for a minute doesnt measure how much you'll get charged. Instead, look at it this way: loading the homepage google.com is about 15kb, so $.15 to load Google, but on the other hand, lets say you go to CNN.com or yahoo.com, theres more graphics on there so theres more to load, so you could be looking anywhere from $.40 to $1.00 to load those pages.
Check and see if they have Unlimited MEdiaNet (AT&T's data plan). I believe it should run you about $15/mo.
And trust me, they add up QUICK! :)
